Warm Chocolate Cake
Incredibly rich, dense, and moist! Fantastic for a special occasion or whenever you need that chocolate fix. Note that the cake is very dense, so the top may crack when baking.

Ingredients
- 475 grams melted butter
- 475 grams dark chocolate
- 260 grams white sugar
- 120 grams All Purpose flour
- 9 whole eggs
- 9 egg yolks
Directions
- Pre-heat your oven at 180 °C
- Melt the butter over low heat in the microwave
- Cut the chocolate into small pieces in a large mixing bowl
- Pour the melted butter over the chocolate and mix well
- Add the sugar, flour, eggs and egg yolks to the chocolate mixture
- Blend all of your ingredients at high speed until the final mixture is uniform
- Let the mixture cool slightly
- Bake the Molds for 8 minutes at 180°C (until the outside edges of the cakes are set but the middle still looks a little liquid)
- The cakes can be unmoulded immediately after removing from the oven into a warm serving plate.
- Prepare some aluminium moulds (8 oz. cup) and generously butter or grease spray the moulds and place them on a baking tray
- Divide the batter between the moulds, filling about 3/4th of the moulds

Served best with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and warm caramel sauce.
