ChoCo’a uses the finest Belgian milk chocolate couverture made from Single Origin cocoa beans, harvested in the island of Java, in Indonesia. Single Origins chocolates are more unique in their flavor characteristics due to the soil, weather and cocoa tree variety which ensures the richest final product. ChoCo’a also uses a dark chocolate couverture with cocoa beans harvested in South America. It is potent in flavor due to its blend of Trinitario and Criollo beans which emphasize the smooth and intense cocoa flavor with the right amount of acidity.
