Chef Saadeh began her career in the art of pastry in 1989. She has managed a number of pastry boutiques where she was responsible for designing creative special cakes. Prior to that, she ran her own catering business that specialized in all kinds of specialty confectionaries.
With 18 years of experience, Raymonda Saadeh has taken ChoCo’a to a new and unprecedented level of design and creativity, and has helped to establish ChoCo’a as a Specialty Cake leader in the UAE. Her passion and quest for perfection fuel her days and are reflected in her magnificent creations.

Fun Facts:
• When I used to run my catering business, I only had decorated cakes in the fridge, which used to drive my daughter hungry!
• Whenever I see something beautiful that I can recreate, I envision it as a decorated cake: I never really step out of the decorating world.
• I love to smash decorating cream on my colleagues’ faces: it’s so tempting!
In the factory, my favorite thing to do is… to make these really challenging orders. For example, I had to create a cake with a library in the bathroom, because the birthday man had a real passion for reading and has his own library in the bathroom: they absolutely fell in love with it!
