ChoCo’a’s dedicated and passionate chef has attended the prestigious “Ecole Nationale Superieure de la Patisserie” in France and has perfected his art in several world-renowned places such as Patisserie Payard and Bistro in New York, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Corporation in Florida and Ireland. ChoCo’a is proud to count on Chef Legras to produce the most of “luxury” and “art” in his creations.

Fun Facts:
• Frederic has lived in 6 countries in 10 years.
• He has a real passion for developing new recipes and collects cooking books…he has 140 of them!
• In the morning, he eats an apple because “an apple a day keeps the doctor away”; and he drinks a large glass of water because a Chinese doctor told him that it will extend his life and he will live to blow 100 candles!

In the factory, my favorite thing to do is… customizing products for special orders.
