Course: Fundamentals on Chocolate Making

Starting February 2012, we will be running monthly courses to teach ChoCo’a’s chocolate and pastry secrets for up to 10 enthusiastic learners. During these hands-on classes, you will benefit from your own personal workspace and direct interaction with the chef. Additionally, our course fees are all inclusive of tools required to prepare the session’s real designs and delicious chocolate recipes!

At the end of the sessions, you will be able to take all self-created projects with you to enjoy. At the conclusion of the course, everyone leaves with a certificate of participation from ChoCo’a.

• 2nd Session: Preparation of chocolate truffles - team activity
• 3rd Session: Tips on chocolate; Chocolate writing techniques
